The system helps users and managers to plan ahead by providing a calendar-like view that shows an overview of the upcoming events on daily, weekly and monthly basis. The calendar enables the users to create and edit events, assigning event tasks to users and user groups, and export events into an EventsML package that can be published to subscribers.
Users get notified about new tasks assignment though email, SMS or by checking their tasks basket. Users can report progress on tasks completion and attach contents to the corresponding event.
For older complete events, the system allows you to search for and publish a complete event coverage including its related contents in a single media package.
